Poor service on multiple occasions

Hi there

I am getting really frustrated with Discovery Health. I had a pilonidal abscess removed on 4 February and due to the nature of the wound, the dressing for the would needed to be changed by a nurse at my home on 9 occasions. All of the claims together with a colour photo and letter of motivation for the payment of the claim was sent through at least 3 times to the pre authorisations department. I kept being told the photo was in black and white when it never was and I have been asked for the treatment dates on multiple occasions too.

I am now not able to get the correct NAPPI codes for the dressings used during the treatments and it appears Discovery will not process the claims if they do not have these.

Please, could someone just do their job and process these claims? Surely using the description of the product I supplied you can get the correct NAPPI codes yourself? I am not in the medical profession and have no idea where to ge them from since the official website for NAPPI codes, [URL Removed] is clearly incorrect according to you
