VERY unhelpful VItality!

I have been a member of Discovery Medical aid for almost 10 years, and Vitality probably about 5 years. I joined a gym through Vitality about 5 years ago. I was recently informed that my gym membership will be cancelled due to under utilization. I contacted Vitality who was VERY uninterested to listen to the fact that there most definitely must be a mistake. I went to the gym and was informed that due to the fact that I had to use my I.D number to gain access I did not receive any vitality points (so it didn't register by Vitality which I was not aware of!). I joined the gym when you still had no monthly fee to pay after your joining fee. I now feel that Vitality is so eager to cancel my membership because they want me to start paying the monthly fee that has come in effect in the meantime. Also, when I joined the gym you had to visit 24 times a year. Vitality now claim they send me an email stating that it changed to 36 days and that I am ONE day short and therefore it will be cancelled. Vitality was VERY unhelpful and absolutely not interested in helping me at all!!!
