What a Bad Service

Im trying to book a place for online, via late rooms and [URL Removed] and its not allowing me since yesterday.
Called the hotel and they keep on directing me to other web sides. Been trying to sort this thing the whole morning. Finally I got through and it says fully booked, last bookings was an hour ago. They charging R880 per night and on the web was R1532. They can not match that as they do not have anything to do with the online bookings.

The attitute I got from Peter Who is the " Duty manager was shocking" He advised me to do what ever I want.

I told them that I need to stay at that Hotel and they do not care.
Primrose Mdluli, Ndumi and Peter.

Is that the kind of service we deserves?
