I was an employee of Mediclinic (Practice Relief) from 2009, in 2011 we were informed that the Welkom branch is being moved to Bloemfontein but probably in 2012, I was about 5 months pregnant at that stage. I made arrangements with HR to do pre-deductions for the time i'll be on maternity leave for my Medical Aid and Pension. I was retrenched in January 2012 with a 3 month old baby. February 2013 I received an sms stating that I have been handed over for R167 for a staff account. Well, in the last year i never received a phone call, nor an account to inform me of any money that was outstanding and before my retrenchment I was informed that everything will be brought into consideration before my package gets paid out. I phoned the Welkom HR and it was a great source of amusement for the HR manager, he told me to rather pay the money, cause I wont get far against MC, I have tried to get answers from a couple of HR personal, the one lady said she cat help me as the people who was supposed to sort this out is no longer working for the group. I want to know what was pre-deducted from my pay and how it was missed. Now i'm being pressured for an answer but i'm not getting any!
