Pavilion Hotel
Room not as per hotel website

I booked a two night weekend on behalf of an associate works with me in Johannesburg. Upon looking at the hotel's website, it appeared that the hotel rooms were newly decorated, the hotel foyer was newly decorated and the rate advertised was with breakfast.

When my associate arrived at the hotel, he was not taken into the hotel rooms as advertised on the website of the Pavilion hotel, but instead to another building attached to the hotel.

Upon entering the other building he noticed that the rooms had not been newly decorated as per the website, that it was dirty and had not been properly cleaned and despite having requested that a parking Bay be reserved for him which he was willing to pay extra for, the hotel failed to do this and his car had to be parked on the street.

Since my associate did not have any alternate accommodation to go to, he was forced to spend the night at this alternate room that was provided to him and he had to pay a car guard to take care of his car during the night.

Despite the rate quoted to my associate to say that it included breakfast, no breakfast was served to my associate.
