Told to take it furthe

Bought a voucher for Cafe Sofia at Cavendish Square in Claremont from Groupon in February 2013 and made a confirmed booking with Cafe Sofia for Saturday @ 12h00 for two people and had confirmation via sms and when I arrived they could not redeem my voucher due to the General Manager not being on duty and not available. After querying with Manager on duty who said he cannot accept the groupon voucher, I then told him that I would take it further and the reply was, take it further. I feel that Groupon has caused me a lot of embarrassment and inconvenience by selling items which are not redeemable. I would like to have my money returned to me.
