Poor service from tsogo sun frequent guest service

On the 31st December 2012 @ appr 8.30pm, I made a booking on frequent guest website inorder to avoid losing my 762 sun rands which were to expire at midnite on the 31st December 2012.
The booking was made for Riverside Sun in Vereeniging for the check in 12/01/2013 check out 13/01/2013,
I clicked on redeem sun rands of R762 and my balance payable to the hotel upon arrival would be R318.
When I returned from my vacation in January the above date booked was not suitable for me so I phoned frequent guest requesting to amend my bookings for
check in 16/02/2013 and check out 17/02/2013.
They advised me that because I redeemed sun rands to make this booking they were unable to help me and I was to contact the hotel directly which I did.
A lady by the name of Marlena, very helpfully assisted me and amended my booking for the requested date.
Upon check in at Riverside sun on the 16/02/2013 I was asked to pay for the room in full and according to their system no records were showing of my sun rands being deducted.
Julius chkd me in n said he would make a note of prob so that on check out they will not ask for full paymnt, no note was made and I paid in full on chk out. hotel was.
