On the 22 of Nov 2012 I cancelled my Vitality but every month since then i am being billed the vitality premium. I have called your offices so many times and still nothing has been done. How can you profess to sell a product to keep members healthy when all yourll do is cause them more stress? I am now sitting out of pocket financially, and today your call center agent tells me another 2-3 working days to sort out a termination that should have been sorted out ages ago. This is an exploitation of innocent consumers. I wont hold my breath that someone will call as i am still waiting for feedback from my inital call. Your turn around time is ridiculous or is this just a ploy. I want my money refunded immediately.
