Pathetic unacceptable incompetant

I have been trying to get paid medical claims and call the discovery line at least once to twice a day
Perhaps I should send discovery an invoice for the time wasted and hours I spend trying to get my claims sorted I have escalated my claims no less than 10 times to only have total incompetance and pathetic answers and feedback
I am still owed money by Discovery can someone anyone on this earth tell me what I need to do to get my claims paid to me!!
