Good morning,

I'm not sure if the ladies who supposedly assist clients on hellopeter are supposed to provide better service that other consultants. After struggling immensely to get met moved from my medical aid to my husbands (which was seen as an upgrade) we EVENTUALLY found someone who could help.

I spoke to Genenvieve the one day and she was going to phone me back, I"m still waiting. After this conversation I spoke to another consultant and so did my husband. Eventually the lady he spoke to managed to assist us. I received an email from genenvieve when the process had been complete with a line stating ' contact me directly should there be any other queries'. I sent her an email asking when I could expect my refund (as I have to pay a double premium at the end of Jan). This was 7 days ago... I have still had NO response!!!

SO could some one please tell me when I could expect my refund??

NO SYMPATHY, BAD ATTITUDE
