No authorisation after three weeks, requesting fo

Greetings, I am extremely upset with the way discovery treat my daughter;s request for approval to see a specialist. The request was logged in January and we are still waiting for discovery to provide authorization, made calls and the poor service from Consultants and managers is extremely poor, no customer care or services exist.
After several weeks with NO communication, I was informed that the from the Doctor were not properly filled in... my daughter was walking around with pain fro over three weeks and that is what I am told today from Discovery, sorry get the form filled in.

I am so happy that I have moved my medical aid from Discovery to Momentum... and also all my employees from my company 12 staff will never use Discovery. Sadly my daughter is with Discover and I am paying form this useless medical aide scheme, that is not delivering any services.
