Illyria House
Very poor group on experience

The manageress and staff haven't got a clue how to run a hotel. One has to ask or beg for any information about facilities. I have been to non star rated hotels and had better service than there.
Their rates are exorbitant and you get very little for it. I'll never set foot there again.
