Very Poor Service to Loyal Clients

Discovery have declined my application due to me not having any accounts, since when is that a bad thing??? I don't have any bad debt and always kept myself free of it!!!

On you website it clearly states that you need to be a member of discovery to qualify for the Card, however I feel that this is false and a complete waste of my time!!!

I take offense to the way discovery have treated me, as I was loyal client in using your services from as far back as 2002, when I was still under my dad's father's medical aid, before becoming an individual customer. I am treated as person with no credit rather than a discovery client, which I feel is not very good business principles.

I no longer have any faith in your service and products and will look for alternative service providers.
