Medicross Boksburg
Incorrectly charged and bookings made without my knowledge

I went to Medicross Boksburg with my sick daughter, on 26 July 2025, then I saw Dr Nkuna whom just checked for meningitis and said she might have a flu she prescibed my daughter meds for Swine flu and ignored her peeling skin which we were concerned about, The doctor also did not do any tests. The dr advised if she isn't better in 3 days she would like to see her and would not charge us, however when we went back on the 29th she decided to do swine flu and covid tests. She charged us full appoitment rate then on the 30th I received a booking message however no booking was made and medicross does not answer their calls. I received the doctors whatsapp number on my first visit and I asked her via whatsapp what the results are and she said negative on whatsapp which I was charged for and then on the 1st I received another booking request and the dr contacted me and gave me a diagnosis from the urine test they did and referred my daughter. Each time I was charged. A total of R1800 was charged excluding the expensive meds for something she did not have and did not help my child. I was forced to see another doctor at another practice which in return assisted me properly. I will never go to medicross again it has gone backwards just as Netcare has. It has become a money making scheme
