Good day

On Sunday 21/07/2013 i walked into Medicross Boksburg across the road from CTM experiencing immense tooth ache, to hear if by any chance Medicross had an emergency dentist. I didn't expect that they would have given the fact that it was a Sunday however I thought it was worth a try.

After walking in there where 2 ladies at reception, one had gone to the backroom to attend to a patients paperwork i assume and the other had been staring at her desk also busy with some papers. I rather friendly tapped on the counter to get the lady's attention, but was bluntly ignored. Now though you may argue that she didn't see me, I will say that she got up a few times to make copies of her paper and returned to her desk, which I once again tried to get her attention. After 15-20 minutes a couple with a sick baby queued behind me and she did not even acknowledge them. I decided then that I had had enough and loudly stated that i have received better service at a state owned hospital.

Seriously Medicross, is this the caliber of people you employ to look after sickly and vulnerable people? I'm sorry to have been an inconvenience to a Medical care facility
