I just found out that i have been placed on ITC by Boksburg Medicross for an account that was paid in cash!!! The relevant accounts people were not competent enough to allocate the payment correctly and subsequently i got put on ITC. Then they still have the audacity to question my intelligence and integrity!! Unbelievable I tell you. Because someone else couldn't do their job now I have to suffer the consequence.
