Scratch Glasses

I got my glasses from Specsavers in 2023 and accidentally broke the frame. They assisted me by providing new frames, but when I got my specs back, the lenses were scratched. Even though the assistant had checked the glasses to see if there was anything else wrong, the lady who assisted me upon collection noticed the scratches and pointed them out to me. Now I must pay a significant amount to fix these glasses, which I did not scratch.
