Incompetent doctor

This doctor has brought trauma to my family.
He is experimenting with his patients. He is ignoring requests to share medical reports that we can take to a different cardiologist at the expense of my fathers health, whom I've witnessed deteriorating at the hands of Dr Bedhesi's unsuccessful procedures.
He is simply ignoring all our requests. I would recommend that nobody consult with him.
