Need my medical reports sent. No explanation given

I phoned Discovery Life on 20 May requesting for someone to send me my medical reports or explain to me what the problem was with my medicals. My life insurance was declined (health - Mitral Valve Prolapse). Cardiologist that wrote the report told me I can live a normal life, etc. I have no symptoms, never taken medication, was born with MVP. I even informed the doctor than I run every weekend and during the week.
Because of the cardiologist's reasons, I feel I have the right to question why Discovery Life declined my policy, no explanation given to myself. I was told the report can be sent to a doctor and I must go get it there. I have no doctor that I go to and honestly, I don't have the consultation fee. Vanessa on 0115292056 told me she emailed Dr. Nel who would phone me and explain to me the reason for the decline. More than 24hrs later, no feedback from anyone. I called Vanessa again and she told me there is nothing she can do but to ask Dr. Nel again to call me. She refused to give me Dr. Nel's number. I was told there has been 'movement; on the policy and I asked for the underwriter's number. Vanessa gave me the number 0115293454, name, Rizar. The phone rings unanswered. P
