No feedback on doctor motivation

I have to go for my annual check up at my cardiologist on the 9th of December, to extend my chronic medication. So I forwarded my savings plan ICD 10 codes to my doctor to make sure my medical aid will cover my check up, but the doctor notified me that certain procedures are not covered and that a motivation was sent to Medscheme to be approved. This was sent on the 31 of October and have not received any feedback since. we tried to follow up on the 12 of November but only received a reference code 211113QFJ73F. How long must I still wait for any feedback?
