Medihelp Cancellation: Membership No: 6311342

I have called Medhelp cell-centre on numerous occasions, to terminate my membership, but that proves to be impossible.

On all the occasions I got through to the general enquiries, which in turn forward me to the membership department. After that the phone just rings unanswered for up to an hour.

I'm desperately trying to terminate my membership because I have lost job and I can't keep up with the monthly premiums any more.
