Wrongly Terminated

I was not informed that my membership had been terminated as of 2013-12-31.
I was sent letters stating that I owe fees which I had made arrangements to pay as per invoice.
Now when I need to fetch my chronic medication it has come to my knowledge that my membership has been terminated without being notified. The service that I have received is disturbing as I get emails and letters for fees but no simple feedback regarding my membership. I December 2013 I had sent many emails and made calls to the center about my membership and that i would continue with the plan in 2014, followed with eft or cash. I am so frustrated as I need my chronic medication asap and now I must send letters / emails to re-instate my membership. What is the point of being a loyal member (4years)? Why have a call center when my membership could not be re-instated over the phone?
