Amazing Vouchers
Refusal to cancel membership

I was phoned by Bongi from Amazing vouchers and offered a membership for an amount of R190 per month. SHe notified me that they will send a card and only then will I be able to use the vouchers they will give me. The monthly fees was to be deducted on my account from 30/04/13. Now I sent them an email requesting to terminate my membership since I noted that their services wont add value to me. Was informed by Noma Afrika that I have to pay R600 cancellation fee. FOR WHAT? Though cause I have not signed any contractual document with them nor have I used their vouchers. To me, even if there were hidden terms and conditions, they still have not fulfilled their obligation (giving me the card), therefore I shouldnt be paying any cancellation fees that I was not even informed of when accepted the membership.
