Termination of Lipco membership

After numerous efforts to terminate my Lipco membership they just continue to take premiums from me. When i stopped payment on the persal at work they started to deduct the premiums from my cheque account. When i stopped the debit order from the bank they continue to deduct premiums from the persal. I phoned Beauty at Lipco on 2013 -07 -24 and explained the problem to her. She informed me that they never deducted premiums from my cheque account and that i must cancel my membership with a letter. I did send a e mail to Beauty and waiting for their response. Why is it so difficult to terminate your membership at Lipco?
