Cancellation

My father passed away 3 weeks ago and my mother opted to stay with MediHelp instead of taking her employers medical scheme. She went to the pharmacy to get her chronic medication only to find out the the membership have been cancelled and had to pay from her own pocket. It was only a R188 for the medication, no one have contacted her in any away to say that the membership have been cancelled. My father was not the only member on the medical aid.
