No Medical Aid Cards

When I initially called in on 28 January I was very impressed with the service received. I had not yet received my medical aid cards and I explained how in the past when I had joined Discovery I had waited almost 3 months to receive my cards and was worried the same thing was going to happen. Landile then asked for a daytime address where he could courier my new cards to so that they would reach me by Friday 31 January. To date I have not received these cards. I phoned in yesterday morning (5 Feb) and was told that the new cards would take 4 -6 weeks to reach me. I explained that I was told they would be couriered to me. He then looked on the system and said he could see that someone had requested that and would email for someone to call me with feedback. No-one has called me yet with feedback. I followed up again before I left work yesterday afternoon and was talk I must go to the walk in centre in Riverhorse Valley and they would be able to help me. I was also told that there is no option to have cards couriered.
