Brilliant Doctor, but worst Secretary encountered

I took my pet staffy to the vet. And since stepping in, this secretary, who for some reason believes she is gift to the world of reception, talks to me like I am. She 1stly says, "I got you as doctor, oh I wouldn't have thought". I am a medical doctor. Then after politely offering to sit in the back because my dog was a bit restless, she comes in and says "just watch he doesn't knock over the table". So I wait there for 30 minutes and he's starting to get thirsty, I ask the technicians at the back to give me a bowl of water. And while I'm walking back with it she says "ur messing all over the floor" - I retorted that it's just water. I mean this is a vet clinic, it's smells like.

The attending Dr Hershalwits is a brilliant guy and knows he's stuff better than any other vet I know, so I accepted the abuse from his servant/secretary - and didn't complain.

Because of her I will have to find another vet now, which I hate to do.
