FALSE INFORMATION GIVEN!!!

I am sick and tired of wasting my time, calling and getting nowhere! I have called Discovery 4 times and each time been misinformed. My cards were in the post the first time they were posted, fair enough, so I called and spoke to a lady, Nicole - she informed me that she will arrange for a courier to send my cards to my office (This will then take 3-5 working days). 3-5 days went by and STILL NO CARDS! So I called again, spoke to another person at discovery, I was informed that the cards will be with me by Monday 11 February 2013. Well, what do you know - it is now the 14 February 2013 and still I am sitting with NO CARDS! I called this morning and spoke to Jacobus (Who advised he is going to sort this out for me and call me back today), by 15:00 I still had not heard from Discovery, so yes I called again and spoke to the 4th person at discovery, only to tell me that it is going to take another 4-6 weeks to get my cards because they only post cards! So in total, 4 PEOPLE and still no service. You need to inform your staff that work at the Discovery call centre how to advise clients correctly! This is frustrating and to date I still do not know what is going on?
