PATHETIC SERVICE!!

I'ts been 4 months since I joined the medical scheme and I still haven't received my medical aid cards, My beneficiaries and I are unable to use a service which I'm paying for which is totally UNACCEPTABLE!! Sent numerous emails requesting that my cards be couriered to my residential address and email me a letter outlining my membership to take with to the doctor since I dn't have the cards. The INCOMPETENT consultant responds after days saying that he has updated my address stating the incorrect address, really now what kind of staff do you employ? None of my queries were addressed! Your service is APPALING VERY BAD! To this day I still don't have my cards! I'm a new member and this is the kind of service I get? I'm so disappointed!!! And not looking forward to doing business with you.
