Membership cards not delivered in almost 2 months

My application was accepted by Discovery health last month and on the 18th December 2012 I was informed that my cards will be sent to me within 2 weeks. I phoned begining of January and I was told that the cards are still coming. I phoned back 2 weeks later and spoke to a consultant named Tiffany (ref no. 2704084340) - she stated that within a week I will receive my cards - but I never received anything. I phoned back on the 24th January 2013 and spoke to Sumeya Shaik (ref no 2706640011), she promised to courier the cards and to track it daily and give me updates but she never did. I phoned today (30th January 2013) and spoke to Shanna Singh (ref no 2712037874), she said I cannot speak to Sumeya and all she can do is to try and get the cards to me. I have spoken to a total of 8 consultants from discovery about 1 issue and they are all giving me the run around. every time I phone I cant speak to the last person I spoke to and the new person I get will give me the same story line as the previous one and nothing comes of it. I think what would help is an investigation of the reasons why I am not getting my cards before they try to re-send them but they have become rude and dismissive.
