You need to train your staff on how to speak to clients, especially the ones working onGEMS. My mom is a member of GEMS and she is always sceptical to call your call centre because of the attitude she gets. What kind of customer service is that?? Last week 28/01/2014 I faxed and email a letter from my mother to your fax number and email address currently reflecting on your website, a reply comes back confirm receipt of the doc. After 8 days no one calls back (as reply promised someone will contact her). Today I call and I talk to Anelisa who tells me that sometimes you get emails and sometime you dont get them (horrible for such a big company) and unfortunately the one I sent was not recieved - why did I get confirmation of reciept? no idea as that confirmation should be triggered by receiving my email. I sent the doc again to her email and asked her to let me know if she gets/not get it.. STILL NO WORD. Email was sent at 1:48pm.
