Issues when applying for international studentplan

1, I called the call centre and checked the webiste. Both say i must download the form and send everything through.
2, downloaded the aplication form and made full payment for 12months ----sent everything through EXACTLY as what application form asked to [Email Removed] (I even cc to the agent who answered my phone just in case)
3, Waited for 3 days and No response! ---- email the agent to ask why---- replied: "For further enquiries please contact our Call Centre on 086 11 78 59 or email [Email Removed] "
4, email everything again to new email address [Email Removed] then called the call centre very next day, someone pickedup the phone and started to talk with bad attitude, trying to say that it's my fault not to book with them eariler. even ask me something like: do i know that insurance is a must for visa purpose. ok... of course i know, thats why i started to apply 3 days ago! now i must wait untill next week.
My point being: 1, why the they print a wroing email address on the form
2, If i dont call them, does it mean my application will stay there forever? 3, Bad attitude on the phone.never admit their own mistake, blame me?
