Admission Department Process

I have written a previous Report to which Rishana from Discovery called and said they will be investigating. And I am still waiting! My husband applied for admission on 15th Jan and still hasn't been given feedback. Discovery requested feedback from 2 doctors as to why he needs to be admitted and both doctors told them that he needed tests done to make a diagnosis, but still no joy! I called today, after many calls, spoke to Jody, she says that the doctor is now waiting to speak to my husband's doctor, how much more information do you guys need? He is deteriorating while you guys take your time in approving his application for admission. If anything happens to him while we are waiting for you guys, then this is going to be taken further. I can promise you that! You are playing with people's lives and its not like we are asking for a FREE service, we are paying you monthly and it's not cheap! We now have to look at provincial hospitals while you take your time to approve! You don't even bother to call to provide feeback - i have to call you everyday and speak to people on the floor who don't have control over this! REALLY PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
