Harassment and Defamation of Characte

In January I received an SMS telling me that I was arrears in paying an Account which was as a result of pathology procedure carried out on request from a Surgeon at Unitas Hospital for my wife. I had no idea of this Account and I did not receive an Account from them via the Postal System. I enquired into this matter and asked them why only now are they chasing me when this happened in September 2013. The normal lame excuse was given that they sent me an Account in the Post, obviously they don't know it, but the South African postal Service is not very reliable. I agreed to pay the Account, which I duly did on 27 January 2014. Yesterday 04 February 2014 I received another SMS from them indicating that I reneged on my Promise to pay the Account and That I must do so without any further delay. I contacted them and I was informed that the Payment was received on the 27 January. This is not the first time I have had a run-in with them and maybe I am just a drop in the ocean to them, I will never make use of their services again. All my Doctors will be given a letter indicating that they are not use them, if they do it's for their Account.
