My wife received an account statement and correspondence letter from your VPC on 26 January 2014 stating that she owes sanral R261, 75. The discounted amount payable was R104, 70 if paid before 22 January 2014. How is this realistic? Please note that she has not received an invoice yet.

You know our postal services are inefficient to say the least, and still you hammer on the seven day payment period. You are unreasonable.

Our government promised to fight corruption, but still they let you run around like a rabid dog biting at ankles.

It is shameful.
