Harrassing Multiple Phone calls

At the beginning of January 2014, I transacted 2 amounts on-line. These transaction were performed on 2nd and 3rd January, however they did not reflect as debits from my DEBIT ONLY account until the 8th January. Standard bank contacted me to advise of late payments. Bottom line I went overdrawn on an account with no overdraft facility which should never happen. I received another call from Standard Bank and explained the problem. The gentleman stated he "thought" it was the merchants fault, however I had already contacted them and they blamed Standard Bank. The gentleman from Standard Bank informed me he would mark the account to be cleared (the 2 late payments when my next payment was made on February 1st). Since then I have been bombarded with telephone calls to my home and mobile phone. Several a day! PLEASE STOP this harassment. I will report Standard Bank to FSB should I get 1 more call chasing payment which has already been agreed upon.
