No feedback on complaint since 10/04/2012

Hi, I dont wish to repeat the entire incident as it really just gets me frustrated, but I will include the email requests i put through to Discovery without sufficient success. I logged a complaint with Discovery against a waiting period imposed on my medical scheme membership since 01/06/2013 due to a gastroscopy and colonoscopy I had done in April 2012. Discovery insisted I provide a diagnosis af that to which I replied: "
In the first report that I submitted with you guys, the doctor clearly stated that there is NO diagnosis. I was told that this was not good enough and that I need to have the doctor send a report stating that the results were all clear. This I did. Why are you insisting on a diagnosis when there is none. If you are wondering why I did the colonoscopy and gastroscopy, it was because of my own request as part of my medical check-up. I cannot understand how I can have a waiting period placed on my entire functional intestines because I had tests done out of my own choice, tests that states that my intestines are in good health. To date No reply from Discovery and I still have a waiting period imposed on my medical scheme more than a year after I joined. Pathetic
