Bad service at Panelis

We have used Groupon several times. On this occasion we purchased a voucher to a Pantelis Fourways through Groupon. Several days before we called Pantelis Fourways to make a reservation for lunch. On the day we had booked for we call them again and confirmed it as well as confirmed their address.
On arriving at Pantelis we discovered they were under renovations and were closed for business. We asked to speak to the owner, and he informed us that the business had closed down and now was re-opened under new management. We asked why we had not been contacted but he could not provide a satisfying answer or apology. He looked in his booking sheet and our name and telephone number were there- however no had contacted us to tell us what had happened. In fact the owner was very rude to us and our guests that we had taken.
I do not recommend Pantelis Fourways Gardens.
