My Query is still not sorted

We did a claim in August against our Medical Savings Plan. This was reversed by Discovery and claimed from Chronic Medication. Now this leaves us with a balance or R98.00 that is due to the chemist. I have now been trying to get this sorted for 3 months and still no satisfaction. Information's misleading, agents have no idea what to tell me and we still owe the chemist money. The generic medication the medical aid do whant to pay is not advised by doctor and still they insist in using an infurior product. Maybe this complain will get Discovery to phone me back.
