Scamming groupon clients

I would like to inform people of the unprofessional manner in which the owner at Oceanview day spa has conducted her business. Firstly i had bought a groupon for a discount on a spa treatment for a couple and it was arranged for my husbands birthday as part of his gift. I had emailed the owner Delia to book the day which was on my husbands birthday weekend. When i had emailed to ask if the day requested was available she had given me two time slots, for that day. However when i mentioned that i had a groupon she suddenly then asked to change the day and times. so i had agreed with her for the day which suited her and already booked accomodation in the area as we live in pmb. She had requested the security code on my voucher to make the booking which is what i did. I confirmed the booking with her on the 1 oct for the 13 oct. However on the friday the 11 october i emailed her to confirm and ask for a map and she responded to me saying her massage beds broke and she has to cancel the booking and asked for my cell number. She did not even call me and ignored my calls. She also redeemd the voucher on the monday yet we had not been to her. She basically the money (R720)
