Failure to provide Authorisation/respond to e-mail

Having phoned Profmed to organise authorisation for Dental work, I was told that all I had to do was submit the quote and the authorisation would follow in 24 hours. Payment would be expedited fairly swiftly thereafter.
I sent this in (to the e-mail provided over the phone) on the 16th Jan. After this "bounced back", I established that the address given was incorrect and was provided with 2 other addresses - both for Dental work. One of these again "bounced" back and on calling again, I was told that my quote had not been received and appeared to be dealt with by 2 different departments. I actually asked the lady why there were so many different e-mail addresses - and how many in total did they use. She couldn't tell me and appeared to concur with my suggestion that the system was very faulty. After receiving no concrete information as to when I might receive authorisation and/or payment, I was very angry as I had already had to pay out over R4700 and will have to pay the balance of R2740 at the end of this coming week. I was given an e-mail address to lodge a complaint which I did on the 23rd Jan asking an immediate reply. I have heard nothing! Profmed is a disgrace!
