I got an sms this week from Spectramed that said I have been handed over for R472.18 (Ref SPE009109/LOMBARD) and my wife was also handed over for the amount of R894.59 (Ref SPE 009108/LOMBARD) on the same account. Now my problem is that the account was closed 3 years ago. We told Spectramed that is anything outstanding and we paid it in full and received our certificates and they said all is done but now we have been handed over. What must we do?
