Pathetic Service - Management Don't Return Calls

A new member to medical aid. Problems experienced at the Emergency section of a hospital & pharmacy with my 17 month old daughter on the public holiday 24th September 2013. Furthermore, call centre not open to facilitate.

Feedback provided to Head Office call centre staff however staff lack empathy, management not available and to date, call has not be returned.

Expensive premiums for pathetic service.
