Vitality Overcharging me Again!!! for the 4th tim

This is getting really frustrating and really irritating, vitality has the tendency to Overcharge me sometimes double some time triple for a couple of months in a row. I am really tired now of complaining and really off. Just now In December 5th / 6th I was complaing about the same thing when they charged me close to R 600 this was t he 3rd time i was complaining. and then now in January they overcharge again, They overcharge once again Yesterday 4 feb. When i call they are telling me this nonsense that i must wait 3 days, inconviniencing me once again. This is rubbish really. Why over charging in the place. and t hen i must use MY money again calling and calling them. This has inconvinienced me once again as this money they took was meant for something else. How does Discovery and Vitality run their offices when its a norm to over charge and inconvinience people? I cant be complaining about one and the same thing all the time and month after month. This is really not acceptable at all. What kind of service is this? SERIOUSLY!!! what must i do in the mean time 3 days!!!
