Hi There

Twice this year I have had my 11 year old Discovery membership terminated without even the courtesy of a phone call to inform me!

In both cases I had to inform Discovery of their ultra k... k service! Now I have some clerk arguing with me via email (some of which take 5-7 days to be answered) about re-instating it, even though this was through Discovery's own incompetence!

Clearly Discovery don't give a hoot about their customers, and thus even less about the health of their customers, yet they claim to me a medical AID!!! What would have happened if the first time I discovered this incompetence was when I was sent to a state hospital due to a lack of medical aid cover that Discovery themselves just terminated without a word!! How convenient to be able to refuse a claim in such a case, and it would appear to be 100% legitimate!!

Talk about putting profits before people!!!

I want to know what Discovery is going to do to not only FIX their errors (apologies don't lead to action), AND what they are going to do to compensate me for the extreme inconvenience and embarasment I have suffered?

If Discovery no longer wants me as a customer just say so, and I will leave!!
