Why advertise a service if supplier cannot supply

I belong to Discovery Classic Priority and on this plan - should you land in your self-payment gap and desperately need to see a doctor and have blood tests done - you can make use of the sister on duty in Dis-Chem to have the blood tests done and Discovery will pay for it. Well i decided to check this out. BIG PROBLEM!! If you are ill and need blood tests - Dischem will do them for you so long as you book around 2-3 weeks in advance. The sister at my Dischem here in Carlswald said that she is always booked up for about 2-3 weeks and I would just have to wait! What good is that?? The tests have to be done asap not some time in the distant future! I checked with my broker for Discovery and he said that the Discovery say that they cannot help it if the supplier is always booked and cannot provide the service. Why does Discovery say they will provide a service which is not of much use! Obviously it is for the advertising but they fall far short of their promises! I am so not impressed and judging from the amount of complaints on this website - neither is anyone else!!
