Why say you supply a service but cannot deliver???

I belong to Discovery Classic Priority and on this plan - should you land in your self-payment gap and desperately need to see a doctor and have blood tests done - you can make use of the sister on duty in Dis-Chem to have the blood tests done and Discovery will pay for it. Well i decided to check this out. BIG PROBLEM!! If you are ill and need blood tests - Dischem will do them for you so long as you book around 2-3 weeks in advance. The sister at my Dischem here in Carlswald said that she is always booked up for about 2-3 weeks and I would just have to wait! What good is that?? The tests done asap not some time in the distant future! Why does Dischem say they will provide a service which is not of much use! Obviously it is for the advertising but they fall far short of their promises! I am so not impressed and judging from the amount of complaints on this website - neither is anyone else!!
