Edenvale Hospital staff should be fired

I admitted my partner into Edenvale general on 30/11/2103 as the Doctors suspected Meningitus. The nurses and Doctors in this institution do not care for patients. I don't understand what there job description is, if not helping and aiding the patients. On the 02/12/2013, my partner could not manage the pain anymore. I went through to see her around 6pm. I helped her to the bathroom and on the way back to the bed, she collapsed in my arms. I screamed for nurses assistance but nobody helped. Other patients in the ward went to call the nurses but nobody came to assist. I had to leave my partner on the floor so I could get her a chair to sit on. I called the nurse to check on her but they said there's nothing they can do " The doctor is in casualty. My partner could not manage sitting on her chair anymore and asked to be placed on the bed. 5 nurses were passing by on shift change, not 1 of them offered to help me place her on her bed. Where do these nurses and doctors get qualified? I understand it's a government institute, however is it not possible to exercise a little bit of care when handling patients. We all have jobs to do. Isn't there's to look after patients?
