No response to query after multiple calls & emails

I sent discovery a quote via email from my surgeon to enquire what would be covered by my scheme. Mr Suleman wrote back to me informing me that the surgeon would be paid in full based on my quote. Having communicated this with my surgeon I was asked to double check this. I called the call centre. The call centre representative informed me that should could not verify the exact rate, that she could confirm that my surgeon had a negotiated saver rate. I then read her the correspondence from Mr Sulemann. She then advised me that if I had it in writting in response to an email I sent in, which an account manager responds to and has acesss to the actual rates the doctors have negotiated, that I could take it that it would be paid in full as indicated in the email. So my doctor claims and only 50% is paid to him. I call the call centre, Jabulile assists me ans says she will call back (WED). When she does I am unavailable and she indicates she will call the next day. She does not. I call the call centre and the rep sends her an email asking her to call me and copies her team leader (THURS). Today (Mon) I email her to say I am still waiting... still no call or email response from her!
