I am struggling with Medscheme, especially Clarion who works with my fathers' membership at GEMS, all the outstanding amounts on my father's membership was paid last Dec 2012. No letters were received informing him about an increased (my father is a pensioner). Payment today via internet and every month my father pays in his monthly contribution the proof is scanned in and forwarded to Clarion and GEMS. Now again when my mother needs her chronic medication and my father urgently needs to see the doctor tomorrow 3 April 2013 they are informed the medical aid is suspended. I have forwarded mails to Clarion indicating the urgency but STILL NO RESPONSE FROM HIM. I will attach the email forwarded to him. PLEASE PLEASE HELP this cannot go on like this.

They suspended my fathers account again. we called Call Centre & spoke to Lucille who gave her this reference 270313QTX. They can see all my fathers contributions paid up until the 8th of March 2013. So WHY DID YOU SUSPEND HIS MEDICAL AID.HE HAS AN APPOINTMET ON WED WITH THE DOCTOR AND WE NEED MEDICAL AID TO BE UNSUSPENDED. TODAY PLEASE.
